The Russian president added that it is important that Belarus has always provided its venue for talks

MOSCOW, June 29. /TASS/. Moscow now knows for sure that Kiev and the West did not intend to perform Minsk Agreements, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"Regrettably, we know this definitely now: neither Ukrainian side nor our Western participants in negotiations intended to perform these agreements. However, this is a different matter," Putin said. "It is important that Belarus always provided its territory, its venue for talks to us," the Russian leader added.
