Natural gas prices in Europe to continue growing — Dmitriev

The 2026 EU gas price will be more than double the original forecast, Kirill Dmitriev said

MOSCOW, March 19. /TASS/. Natural gas prices in Europe may soar twofold in the near time, special presidential envoy and chief executive of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev said.

"Natural gas in the EU is up 26% just today. Much more to come! The 2026 EU gas price will be more than double the original forecast," he wrote on the X.

"Sad EU warmongers miss Nord Stream badly. Maybe tomorrow they should discuss Nord Stream restoration — at their expense" Dmitriev added.
