MOSCOW, December 22. /TASS/. Russian air defense systems have wiped out a Ukrainian drone in the Moscow Region, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"On December 22, at 2:40 p.m. Moscow time (11:40 a.m. GMT - TASS), an attempt by the Kiev regime was thwarted to carry out a terror attack using a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle on facilities in the Russian Federation. Air defense systems on duty eliminated the Ukrainian drone over the Moscow Region," the ministry said.
