SIMFEROPOL, July 24. /TASS/. Cards of the Russian payment system Mir will start working in Crimea in December, Chairman of State Duma’s Economic Policy Committee Anatoly Aksakov said on Friday.
"Mir card will be launched in December" he said. "Mir card to be issued on the basis of the National System of Payment Cards should be launched in the territory of Crimea in a priority order. Accordingly, Russian tourists will be able to actively use it. This will facilitate many payments and settlements," Aksakov said.
