MOSCOW, March 23. /TASS/. The price of the April 2026 gold futures contract on the Comex exchange (a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange) fell below $4,450 per troy ounce for the first time since February 2, 2026, according to trading data.

As of 01:03 Moscow time, the price of gold stood at $4,449 per troy ounce (-0.96%).

By 02:00 Moscow time, the precious metal slowed its decline and was trading at $4,504.5 per troy ounce (-0.09%).
