According to the report, at the end of 2023 the growth rate of the Russian economy was 2.6%. At the same time, the organization predicted a decline in June, and has now increased this figure by 2.8 percentage points. It was then expected that Russia's GDP would fall by 0.2% in 2023.

At the same time, the growth rate of the Ukrainian economy in 2023 amounted to 4.8%. The World Bank forecasts Ukraine's GDP growth this year by 3.2%, and next year by 6.5%.
