MOSCOW, January 4. /TASS/. The Russian stock market opened with a decline in the leading indices on Wednesday.

The MOEX index fell by 0.09%, reaching 2,170.77 points, the RTS index lost 0.67% and fell to 956.64 points.

The dollar rose by 0.68% to 71.53 rubles, the euro - by 0.75% to 75.67 rubles. At the same time, the yuan added 0.59% and reached 10.17 rubles.
