The commissioning of Nord Stream 2 will balance natural gas price parameters in Europe, including on the spot market, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said when commenting on an increase in the gas price for the region during September 15 trading to over $900 per 1,000 cubic meters.

"Obviously, the commissioning of Nord Stream 2 as soon as possible will substantially balance natural gas price parameters in Europe, including on the spot market," he said.
