MOSCOW, July 19. /TASS/. Russian forces have hit a power substation in the Chernigov Region with the use of a Geran-4 Seeker drone, the Russian defense ministry said.

"The Russian defense ministry’s unmanned systems troops continue drone attacks on facilities in the enemy rear. Thus, on Saturday, a Geran-4 Seeker unmanned aerial vehicle successfully hit a 110Kv power substation in the settlement of Kholmy in the Chernigov Region," it said and released a relevant video.
