MOSCOW, December 6. /TASS/. HIV incidence has grown by 0.9% in 11 months of 2017, compared to 2016, the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) reported on its website.
"Incidence of diseases caused by the human immunodeficiency virus and of asymptomatic infections caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in January-October 2017 has slightly grown by 0.9% and stood at 49.67 among 100,000 people (in 2016 - 49.21)," the document says.
The agency also reported that measles incidence has grown 4.3 times in the same time frame.
