Russian nuclear corporation Rosatom is getting ready to cast "first concrete" at the construction site of units N3 and N4 of the nuclear power plant Kudankulam in India, head of the state corporation Sergei Kirienko said at the 60th Annual Regular Session of the IAEA General Conference.

"We are preparing the first concrete for units N3 and N4 of this plant and until the end of the year we expect to sign documents for the construction of blocks N5 and N6," he said.
