Nemtsov’s daughter asks to bring charges against Ruslan, Artur Geremeev — lawyer

According to the complainants, the Investigative Committee’s actions are aimed only at "creating the illusion that the murder has been fully solved"

MOSCOW, April 27. /TASS/. Boris Nemtsov’s daughter Zhanna has asked to resume a preliminary investigation into her father’s murder.

"We ask to cancel the decision to treat a criminal case against Ruslan Muhudinov and other unidentified persons as a separate case, resume the investigation and bring charges against Ruslan and Artur Geremeev and then, if necessary, to treat the case of the perpetrators of the murder as a separate case," the complainant’s lawyer Vadim Prokhorov has told TASS.

According to him, the appropriate motions have been filed to the Russian Investigative Committee on Wednesday.

Prokhorov noted that the case files include "instructions from General Krasnov on detaining Ruslan Geremeev and bringing him to Moscow." However, no action has been taken for the purpose. According to Prokhorov, the case files do not indicate the Geremeevs’ role in Nemtsov’s murder.

According to the complainants, the Investigative Committee’s actions are aimed only at "creating the illusion that the murder has been fully solved."
