MOSCOW, December 26. /TASS/. The government made a success in import substitution, development of the agricultural sector and implementation of infrastructural projects, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday.
"The import substitution and export development program provided and appreciable effect. It was even hard to imagine just recently that the national agribusiness would turn into the largest non-resource exporter. Now this a fact of life," Putin said.
