Russian, Greek prime ministers discuss implementation of energy projects

The sides also discussed the perspectives in the transport infrastructure, cutting-edge technologies and agriculture

GORKI, December 7. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has received his Greek counterpart Alexis Tsipras in his residence outside Moscow. The meeting was held behind closed doors and was attended by the two delegations’ members.

During the conversation, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Russian-Greek trade and economic cooperation, the implementation of joint projects in the energy sector, industry, transport infrastructure, cutting-edge technologies, agriculture and other areas, Medvedev’s press service reported after the meeting.

The Greek prime minister arrived in Russia at the invitation of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Full-fledged talks with the Russian president will be held in the Kremlin on December 7.
