MOSCOW, June 28. /TASS/. Russia plans to host an international conference on struggle with supplies of weaponry to terrorists, Alexei Polishchuk, the director of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s directorate for pan-European cooperation said on Thursday at an annual conference of the OSCE on security review.

The ministry placed the text of his speech at its official homepage.

The conference will take place on September 3 and September 4.

"I’d like to inform you on our plans to hold an international conference on counteraction to illegal supplies of weaponry in the context of struggle with international terrorism," Polishchuk said.

"The crucial issue of plugging the transfer of any type of defense products to any terrorist organizations will run through this conference," he said.
