HAMBURG /Germany/, December 9. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry have made progress by restarting the talks on ceasefire and aid deliveries in Syria, German Foreign Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier told a news conference on Friday after the end of the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
"We have not reached the stage we had been seeking for but the fact that Russian and US foreign ministers Sergei Lavrov and John Kerry are again discussing the ceasefire and aid deliveries can be a little progress," Steinmeier said.
