The Donetsk Republic is represented by its Defense Ministry officials and human rights ombudsman Darya Morozova. The make-up of the Ukrainian delegation is unclear. The meeting is being held behind closed doors.
Earlier, Ukrainian General Staff spokesman Vladislav Seleznyov said that the negotiators will be discussing issues in the context of compliance with Minsk agreements.
“The talks will be devoted to issues related to information exchanges, certain messages and items of the ceasefire plan’s implementation, support for the operation of the coordinating centre in Donetsk and measures to ensure the security of the center’s observers.
