BASEL (Switzerland), December 4. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will have several bilateral meetings, including with US Secretary of State John Kerry and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini on the sidelines of a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) states on Thursday.
Lavrov already had a meeting with German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Wednesday evening upon arrival in Basel. Steinmeier will make a statement for media on Thursday before the opening of a first plenary meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers.
The OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers is expected to focus on the current situation in south-east Ukraine.
