SIMFEROPOL, March 02, /ITAR-TASS/. New head of Ukraine’s Security Service in Crimea Petr Zima announced on Sunday the main task of the service would be to guarantee security to the people and not to allow acts of terror.
The Service will be fighting in Crimea the Hizb ut-Tahrir international terrorist organisation, which has not been banned in Ukraine, he said.
“Hizb ut-Tahrir is recognised throughout the world, including in the Russian Federation, as a terrorist organisation, and nowadays that organisation’s elements are here in Crimea. We shall be fighting them,” Zima said.
