The General Assembly of NCROF is currently in session in Istanbul. NCROF is a grouping of opposition abroad, which is supported by Western countries, Turkey, and the Arabs.
The question of the Coalition's participation in a Geneva-2 peace conference, which is scheduled for January 22-24 and is to be held in Switzerland, will be finally decided upon after all the other leading figures are elected on Monday.
