Kim Jong-un's train crosses Russian border in Primorsky region — official

After leaving the Hasan station on the border between Russia and North Korea, the train will head toward Ussuriysk

VLADIVOSTOK, April 24. /TASS/. The armored train carrying North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has crossed the Russian border and arrived at the Hasan station in the south of the Primorsky region, member of the Hasansky district's Duma Natalya Karpova told TASS on Wednesday.

"Kim Jong-un exited the train. He was given flowers, bread and salt. He may go to the Kim Il Sung's museum house now," Karpova, who met the North Korean leader at the station, said.

A small wooden house was built in 1986 on the border between Russia and North Korea ahead of Kim Il Sung's visit.

After leaving the Hasan station, the train will head toward Ussuriysk. The train will reach the city in about seven hours. Then the train will get onto the Trans-Siberian Railway leading to Vladivostok.
