MOSCOW, April 25. /TASS/. A repatriation flight that will bring Russian citizens from Rome to Saint Petersburg was schedule for April 29, Russian Ministry of Communications announced Friday.
"Flight AFL2419 from Rome to Saint Petersburg to Moscow [scheduled] for April 29, 2020, on 14:10," the Ministry’s repatriation Telegram channel said.
The Ministry underscored that the transfer will be available only for residents of Moscow, the Moscow Region, Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
Russian citizens who opt to return home must file an application on the state services website. Earlier, the Ministry of Communications announced that some 50,000 Russian await repatriation.
According to the Ministry of Transport and the Federal Air Transport Agency, over 170,000 Russian nationals were repatriated from abroad since March 20.
