The Russian president urges to create conditions "for productive and smooth operation of space industry enterprises"

NOVO-OGAREVO, August 8. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin sets the task of bringing the rocket and space industry to a new quality level. The President made such a statement on Wednesday at a meeting on development of this sphere.

"Our rocket and space industry must achieve sustainable growth of quality of products and performed work, whose price should be competitive globally," Putin said. "This is a key condition for the buildup of the commercial potential of the industry, for efficient operations on the global market, where competition and sometimes tough rivalry are growing on a going basis," the head of state said.

Putin urges to create conditions "for productive and smooth operation of space industry enterprises." In particular, "this refers to greater financial stability of organizations, social guarantees and development of incentives for the inflow of young and gifted human resources," the head of state said.
