MOSCOW, February 5. /TASS/. Russia is concerned over the serious deterioration of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich told a briefing on Thursday.
"We strongly urge the sides to take efficient measures to deescalate tension and avoid taking steps that may escalate the conflict," he said.
