MOSCOW, April 9. /TASS/. Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev discussed the possibilities of inter-Korean dialogue with North Korean foreign minister Ri Yong-ho on Monday.
"Nikolay Patrushev and Ri Yong-ho discussed the issues of regional security and stability in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as the possibilities of developing inter-Korean dialogue," the Russian Security Council press service stated.
The DPRK’s foreign minister arrived in Moscow earlier on Monday.
The Russian Foreign Ministry reported earlier that negotiations between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Ri Yong-ho would be held on April 10 in the Russian capital. The ministers will discuss development of bilateral cooperation and the situation on the Korean Peninsula.
