DUSSELDORF, November 24. /TASS/. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich has said he plans to discuss bilateral political cooperation and economic issues with Germany’s Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel on Thursday.

Dvorkovich, who attends the Russian-German mineral resources conference, said: "We will meet here today with the businesses and representatives of Germany’s political parties. We will meet with Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel to discuss vital issues of cooperation between Russia and Germany both in business and politics."

"There are things that unite us and cannot be subjected to risk, they cannot be neglected only because there are certain differences between politicians and countries," Dvorkovich said.

The topic of the ninth Russian-German mineral resources conference this year is "Industrial Production and Mineral Resources: Impact on Climate and Environment." The participants are politicians and representatives of businesses and scientific circles of both countries.
