ST.PETERSBURG, May 14. /TASS/. A helicopter crashed into a lake in Russia’s Leningrad Region on Saturday morning, a source in the local law enforcement agencies said.
"According to preliminary data, at around 9.00 a.m. the helicopter got caught in wires, it crashed falling into a lake," the source said, adding that some reports said it exploded.
Russia’s emergencies ministry officials are heading to the crash scene in the Priozersky district of the Leningrad Region.
