ARCHANGELSK, March 29. /TASS/. Investments into the energy sector in the Arctic Region potentially amount to $400-600 bln in 20 coming years, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on Wednesday.
"Since the potential is huge, investments to be utilized in 20 coming years total approximately $400-600 bln, which are needed to implement perspective projects," Novak said.
