MOSCOW, December 16. /TASS/. Russia’s agricultural production will grow by 3% in 2016, Agriculture Minister Alexander Tkachev said in an interview with the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
"The results are quite optimistic. We finish with a 3% which is not bad. Not worse than the previous year, that means that we are making headway and there are new projects," he said.
