GORKI, December 5. /TASS/. Support of the agricultural sector in the next year will remain over 220 bln rubles ($3.5 bln) next year, Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Monday.
"Support of the agricultural sector will remain next year not lower than this year level. The amount is over 220 bln rubles ($3.5 bln). This is the fundamental position of the government," Medvedev said.
"Everybody working in rural regions should be aware of that," the Prime Minister said. "Businessmen should be aware that launch new projects and plan their investments," he added.
The sector shows steady growth this year, Medvedev said. "I hope we will also manage to maintain it in future," he added.
