MOSCOW, November 19. /TASS/. Russian Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev said Russia wants to take advantage of the experience of South Africa in viticulture and wine production during the working meeting with South Africa’s Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Senzeni Zokwana at the World Grain Forum in Sochi, press service of the Russian Ministry reported on Saturday.
"South Africa is globally known for its wine brands. We are interested in sharing experience and technologies and in supplies of seedlings," Tkachev said. The bilateral potential has not been implemented in full scope, the Russian Minister said. "Russian exporters show interest in supplying animal products, particularly ready pork, beef, mutton and poultry products to South Africa," he added.
