VLADIVOSTOK, August 30. /TASS/. Primorsky Region plans to sign about 50 investment agreements at the second Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) to take place in Vladivostok on September 2-3, Governor of Primorsky Region Vladimir Miklushevsky told TASS in an interview on Monday.
"As far as new investment agreements are concerned, there are about 50 of them to date and the figure is not final yet. Projects are large: they contemplate upgrade of port infrastructure, construction of coal and gas terminals, logistical centers, fish processing plants, tourist facilities, and many others," the governor said.
Residents of advance development territories (ADT) will also present their projects at the forum, Miklushevsky said. "Country’s first enterprise within the ADT framework started working with us - Europlast plant [production of PET molds and polymeric caps - TASS] in Nadezhdinskaya ADT. Zvezda shipyard, a key project of Bolshoi Kamen ADT, will be presented separately," he added.
