Serbia's president to meet Gazprom CEO on February 20

Serbia is ready to start construction of the TurkStream segment from the border with Bulgaria to the border with Hungary in late March - early April

BELGRADE, February 20. /TASS/. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will meet with Gazprom's Chief Executive Officer Alexei Miller on Wednesday during the second half of the day, the presidential press service reports on Wednesday.

The meeting will be held in the presidential palace. Vucic and Miller are expected to discuss energy cooperation and construction of a Serbian segment of the TurkStream natural gas pipeline, the Serbian national TV channel RTS said earlier today.

As reported earlier, Serbia is ready to start construction of the TurkStream segment from the border with Bulgaria to the border with Hungary in late March - early April. Construction is scheduled to be completed by December 15. The Serbian segment of the TurkStream will start supplying gas by the end of April 2020.
