MUNICH, February 17. /TASS/. Russia has not received from Germany any evidence about the change in the position regarding construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline as a purely commercial project, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on the sidelines of the 55th Munich Security Conference.

"As far as the Nord Stream 2 is concerned, I have not heard anything from my colleague, which would evidence change in the Germany’s position in favor of this purely economic and commercial project," the Russian Minister said. "This was my impression from the today’s early lunch visited by [Germany’s Foreign Minister] Heiko Maas and I within the framework of the meeting of business leaders of Russia and Germany," Lavrov said".
