MOSCOW, September 13 (Itar-Tass) The Central Bank of Russia (CBR) on Tuesday lowered the US dollar's official exchange rate by 11.62 kopecks to 30.1872 roubles for one dollar as of September 14, the External and Public Relations Department of the Central Bank said.

The CBR tumbled the US dollar's rate by 11.62 kopecks in comparison with the previous index.
