VIENNA, July 18. /ITAR-TASS/. A group of 30 observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) have reached the Malaysian Boeing’s crash site in the Donetsk region, OSCE spokesperson Tatyana Bayeva told ITAR-TASS on Friday.

Diplomats and OSCE observers will ensure international presence at the crash site before the arrival of aviation experts.

Earlier on Friday, it was reported that a group of OSCE observers was having difficulties in getting to the crash site in the Donetsk region in Eastern Ukraine. An OSCE secretariat representative said the group consisted of 30 employees of the OSCE special monitoring mission in Ukraine. He said their task would be to gather facts and watch the situation in the crash areas.

The OSCE observers are expected to stay in Donetsk and travel to the crash site when necessary.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Infrastructure said on Friday that the National Bureau for Investigation of Aviation Incidents involving civilian aircraft has invited representatives of the Malaysian Airlines, international aviation organizations and the aviation authorities of Malaysia and the Netherlands to investigate the Boeing 777 crash.

Malaysia Airlines said on Friday it had determined the nationalities of all but four of the 298 victims aboard its flight MH17 that crashed in eastern Ukraine.
