MOSCOW, October 6. /TASS/. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave his best wishes to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the eve of his birthday over the phone, the Kremlin said.

"On the eve of Vladimir Putin's birthday, the Israeli Prime Minister expressed his best wishes to him," it said in a statement.

The Russian president celebrates his 73rd birthday on October 7. According to his Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, Putin is to have a large number of international contacts on this day.
