A total of 17,023 people from 12 European countries participated: Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden.

The ECFR was established in 2007. This is the first pan-European think tank with offices in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Rome, Warsaw and Sofia. It conducts research on European foreign and security policy.
