MOSCOW, November 30. /TASS/. ‘The Legend of Kolovrat’, a new Russian epic blockbuster also known as ‘Furious’, was released on Thursday.
The film is set in the 13th century when Russia was under control of the Golden horde and is based on the ancient Tale of the Destruction of Ryazan, a city some 150 kilometers to the southeast of Moscow, by Mongol ruler Khan Batu.
