MOSCOW, March 05. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia's Federation Council upper house of parliament wants legislation drawn up to freeze assets of European and American companies operating in Russia if international sanctions are imposed, constitutional legislation, judicial and legal issues committee chairman Andrei Klishas said.
