Russian PM indicates to Guterres that US visa restrictions hinder UN General Assembly work

BAKU, November 13. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin highlighted at a meeting with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres that the United States' imposition of visa restrictions is obstructing Russian representatives from fully participating in the work of the UN General Assembly.
Mishustin also noted that agreements on the status of the UN headquarters should be observed.
"Mikhail Mishustin expressed concern over illegal visa restrictions on the part of the United States, which hinder the participation of Russian representatives in the work of the UN General Assembly bodies. The need to take measures to ensure compliance with international agreements on the status of the UN headquarters was also noted," the press service of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers reported following the meeting between Mishustin and Guterres at the climate summit in Baku.
