MOSCOW, March 4. /TASS/. Dmitry Peskov, Press Secretary of the Russian President, said that personal sanctions do not stand a chance, if their goal is to turn people away from their support of President Vladimir Putin.
"If the sanctions are aimed at influencing the addresses to change their position, to refuse to support the President, then these sanctions have no chance of being successful. Everything else is unimportant," Peskov told reporters on Friday.
When commenting on the introduction of personal sanctions against himself by the US the Kremlin spokesman said that "unfortunately, such a decision has been made."
