Major fire breaks out at industrial facility in Moscow

MOSCOW, May 30. /TASS/. A major fire broke out at a production and storage facility in the east of Moscow, rescuers told TASS.
"At present, the area of the fire is 4,000 square meters," a rescue official said.
Earlier, the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry said the blaze spread to an area of 2,000 square meters.
As many as 194 firefighters and 64 fire engines, including two fire helicopters, are involved in the firefighting effort, Ilya Misun, the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s department in Moscow’s Eastern Administrative District, said. The helicopters dropped over 200 metric tons of water on the fire, he added.
The open fire has been removed, the Russian Emergencies Ministry told TASS. No casualties have been reported.
Moscow Prosecutor’s Office said the circumstances surrounding the incident are currently being established.
