Russia destroys tactical command posts of two Ukrainian army’s brigades in DPR — top brass

MOSCOW, September 17. /TASS/. The Russian army destroyed tactical command posts of the units of the 100th territorial defense brigade and the 67th mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian forces in Kiev-controlled part of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Russia’s Defense Ministry said.
"Tactical command posts of the units of the 100th territorial defense brigade and the 67th mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian forces were hit near the settlement of Serebryanka in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said.
Two US-made М109 Paladin self-propelled howitzers, a Poland-produced Krab self-propelled artillery system and a US-made М777 artillery system were destroyed, as well as two US-produced AN/TPQ-50 radiodetectors in the settlements of Peschanoye and Petropavlovka in the Kharkov Region, according to the report.
"In the Kherson direction up to 20 Ukrainian troops, one armored combat vehicle, two vehicles, as well as a drone control center near the settlement of Dneprovskoye, were eliminated in 24 hours," the ministry noted.
Russian air defense forces intercepted two JDAM bombs, a HIMARS antiradar missile and a HIMARS multiple launch rocket system, according to the ministry.
Overall, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 472 Ukrainian warplanes, 249 military helicopters, 6,838 unmanned aerial vehicles, 437 surface-to-air missile systems, 11,919 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,151 multiple rocket launchers, 6,411 field artillery guns and mortars and 13,090 special military motor vehicles since the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, the ministry reported.
