Russian ambassadors in Baltic states summoned to foreign ministries — sources

RIGA, March 26. /TASS/. Russian ambassadors to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia were summoned to the foreign ministries of their respective Baltic countries on Monday, diplomatic sources told TASS.

The Russian embassy in Riga told TASS that Ambassador Yevgeny Lukyanov was summoned to the Foreign Ministry at 15:00 Riga time (coincides with Moscow time). Later in the day, Lukyanov will hold a news conference.

Russian Ambassador to Estonia Aleksandr Petrov is scheduled to visit the embassy at 15:00 Tallinn time (also coincides with Moscow time), sources at the Russian embassy told TASS. That being said, the Estonian Foreign Ministry declined to comment.

Finally, the Russian embassy in Lithuania told TASS that Ambassador Aleksandr Udaltsov was summoned to its Foreign Ministry also on Monday.
