MOSCOW, March 24. /TASS/. The Islamic State terrorist group (outlawed in Russia) has claimed responsibility for an attack on a base of Russia's National Guard in Chechnya’s Naursky district, a spokesman for the National Guard told TASS.
"The Islamic State terrorist group has assumed responsibility for an attack on the National Guard base in Chechnya’s Naursky district," he said. "The fact proves once again the National Guard units are on the forefront of struggle with international terrorism," he added.
