Lavrov, Kerry discuss work on improvement of Aleppo situation, work at UN SC on DPRK

They discussed possible joint action to bring to normal the situation in Aleppo, as well as the work at the UN Security Council on the North Korean problem and certain aspects of bilateral relations

MOSCOW, October 2. /TASS/. Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in a telephone conversation on October 1 discussed the situation in Aleppo and work at the UN Security Council on the North Korean problem, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Sunday.

"They discussed possible joint action to bring to normal the situation in Aleppo, as well as the work at the UN Security Council on the North Korean problem and certain aspects of bilateral relations," the ministry said.
