KIEV, September 1. /TASS/. The Pechersky district court in Kiev has issued an arrest warrant for Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
The court ruling was made on August 26 and published on Thursday.
"The warrant expires on February 26, 2017 or from the moment of the suspect’s arrival," the court said.
On August 8, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine opened criminal cases against 18 Russian top officials, including Shoigu and presidential advisor Sergei Glazyev, accusing them of crimes against Ukraine’s national security.
