KIEV, August 26. /TASS/. Ukraine is prepared to conduct the "all for all" prisoner exchange with representatives of the Donbass region, Yuri Tandit, an aide to the Ukrainian Security Service chief, told the 112 Ukraine TV channel on Friday.
"We are ready to release prisoners on the basis of the ‘all for all’ principle. This is the form discussed in Minsk today," Tandit said.
He also said that Donbass representatives submitted a list of 47 Ukrainians for the exchange. "We received a list of 47 hostages for the first time. For us this is a very important sign," Tandit emphasized.
