PARIS, March 3. /TASS/. Talks in the Normandy format at the level of foreign ministers have kicked off in Paris.
The meeting involves the foreign ministers of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine - Sergey Lavrov, Jean-Marc Ayrault, Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Pavel Klimkin.
The latest foreign ministerial meeting in the Normandy format took place February 13 in Munich, which hosted an international security conference.
Lavrov noted following those talks that the sides "were only able to exchange assessments." He underscored then that political settlement issues should be seriously worked out by the next meeting.
